If you open your mouth to speak and you can’t believe what just came out then; YOU MUST BE IN THE PROCESS OF ASCENSION.
If you have a sudden understanding that every living thing is a reflection of God then; YOU MUST BE IN THE PROCESS OF ASCENSION.
If you feel the incredible lightness of be-ing then;YOU MUST BE IN THE PROCESS OF ASCENSION.

ASCENSION: Am I There Yet?
We each have our own individual connection to source energy. I t is part of the whole, but we only directly control our own part in the collective. However, there is a ripple effect, so we want to be mindful of the energy of those around us as well.
The better control you have of your own energy, the easier it will become to maintain a higher vibration, even when others are lower. You may bring theirs up, rather than them bringing yours down. Until then it is better to remove your attention or your physical self, to get your energy back in balance in those situations.
We are all one, even if we are on different levels. But you will make more progress with others of liked mind, but you can also do worse with them. It depends on where you are in relation to where they are. If you need help moving up, vibrationally speaking, you will not get it from those who are down. It is not possible. They can only help you get to where they are. If you already have a high vibration, you can help others get to where you are. In other words, you want to be around those who have what you want until you get it. Then you can sort of pass it along.
When your vibration is constantly high, you have more control over the vibrations around you, because your will be stronger. This does not apply to negative vibrations. A negative vibration is not high, it is low. But it can influence you if yours is similar or lower at that moment.

Manifesting the Future from the Present Moment
Our physical reality does not simply appear,we are creating it each moment with our thoughts.Focusing on something negative will not turn it into something positive simply because we don't like it.The universe does not discern things like "like" and "don't" like. It simply brings us more of what we focus on, because that is what we are calling to us or asking for. We have to stop dwelling on the problem, and focus on manifesting the positive alternative to that.From a 5D perspective, singularity or oneness is that name of the game. Our connection to source is the point of attraction and manifestation. The other will simply lower your vibration.This does not mean that we will not find things that we don't like. It just means that we acknowledge that we don't like it, and then focus our attention on a more positive alternate to change it. If we see war and don't want it we focus on manifesting peace. If we see poverty and don't like it, we focus on manifesting abundance.3D is about dichotomy; You vs me. Right vs wrong. Good vs bad. So there is always a pushing against something or someone. We are simply putting ourselves in a position to get more of the same, as long as continue to be swayed to participate in that game.This is not easy because we are not use to going about it in this way.Creating with others who have a higher vibration can make this easier, as the positive energy of the collective intent becomes magnified.If you continue to go where they are, thenyou will also continue to "be" where they "be."-Jacquelyn Pollard-Nalls
